We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

All orders are protected by a change of mind guarantee. So if the circumstance arises where you would like to return your item, you have 7 days to inform us from the date of delivery.
Email at us support@barstoolking.com.au with headline '#orderNo. - Change of Mind return' and we will get the process started.
Delivery
We are able to deliver to PO boxes for most regions. If you would like to confirm this before placing an order please email us.
Alternatively, you can place your order with your PO box as your address, if we foresee any issues with the address provided we will contact you before dispatching your order.
If you cannot be home for your delivery, no worries! Our delivery partners can leave your order in a safe location at your home if requested.
In order to avoid delays in receiving your order, please let us know in your order notes if you grant authority to leave.
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched we will email you your parcel tracking number and the handling courier.
